By accessing or using the Veleta platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and organisations that access or use the Service.

3. Description of Service

Veleta is a multi-tenant SaaS compliance management platform offering modules for supplier audits, vendor risk assessment, gap analysis, task management, and AI-assisted questionnaires. Features and module availability depend on your active subscription plan.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@veleta.pro if you suspect any unauthorised use.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

New Whop purchases are recurring at the selected interval: every 30 days or every 365 days. Standard prices are €50 per module, per person, every 30 days or €500 per module, per person, every 365 days. During the published offer, the Viper, Cameleon and Sigma bundle is €100 per person every 30 days or €1,000 per person every 365 days when the initial purchase is captured before 16 October 2026, 00:00 Europe/Warsaw. The captured purchase price remains in effect on renewals. There is no setup fee. Applicable taxes, including VAT, are calculated and shown by Whop at checkout. Existing Paddle subscriptions retain their existing Paddle billing and management arrangements.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems;
• Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties;
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our express written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, logos, and interfaces — are owned by Veleta or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veleta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Veleta’s principal place of business.
